5 Bar F Squats + 5 Back Squats

:30 Bottom Squat Hold

10 Spidermans

:30/ leg Wall Stretch

 

Strength-

Squat Cycle Day 1, Week 1:

5 Front Squats + 10 Back Squats

3 Sets

60-65% of Front Squat Max

*Rerack Bar after Front Squats & immediatly go into Back Squats.  Rest as needed between Sets
