Strength-

Find Heavy Single Hang Clean + Clean + Jerk

 

WOD-

Double Tabata:

Front Squats 115/75

Shoulder to Overhead 115/75

*Perform 1) :20 Round of Front Squats, followed by 1) :20 Round of Shoulder to Overhead.  Repeat this for 8 total Sets for each Movement!

**Record lowest Round for each!!
