**Schedule Update:  This weekend Gym hours will be as follows:

Friday: No 6:30pm Class (all other classes as scheduled

Saturday:  10am-Noon Open Gym (Workout will be provided)

Sunday:  No Open Gym

100 Double Unders/200 Single Skips

50 Double Unders
