Then:

10 Warrior Squats + 10 Wall Squats

 

Strength-

EMOTM x 10 (5 Rounds):

Even Minutes:  45 Seconds Max Reps Turkish Get Ups 53/35, 70/44 (Must do Turkish Get Up, up & down)

Odd Minutes: Power Snatch (5-4-3-2-1) *Increase each Set

 

WOD-

15 Power Snatches 95/65, ADV= 20 Reps

50 Double Unders (150 Singles)
