We will be doing our first live Workouts through Zoom today at 10am & 6pm!!  Please download the Zoom App if you plan on using your phone, or you can access through your computer (recommended).  The link to access is  https://zoom.us/j/293164172.  We will be doing the Daily workout with limited equipment.  Please sign in under Wodify under 'At Home' Class.  Also, if possible jump on a few minutes early so we can get started in a timely manner.  Thanks so much!

All Athletes have Option for either listed workout today.  Recommendation is that Athletes that have followed ‘Full Equipment’ Option take a Recharge Day, or Rest.  Those that have followed ‘Limited Equipment’ Option have choice of either workout as well, or Rest Day :).  Live Workout via Zoom will be ‘Option 2’ Workout (DB Snatch WOD).
