200m Run, 5 Good Mornings, 5 Back Squats, 5 Behind the Neck Snatch Grip Strict Presses, 5 OHS, 5 Snatch Balance
*First Round with PVC, next 2 w Barbell
Then:
Banded Shoulder Stretch, 1″/side
Strength-
Every 2 Minutes for 12 Minutes at 80% of 1 RM:
1 Hang Snatch (above knee) + 1 Low Hang Snatch (just below knee + 1 Full Snatch (from floor)
