Strength-

Push Press:

4 X 6 Reps

*Build to Heavy 6, & goal is to maintain across all 4 Sets!

WOD-

EMOTM for 12 Minutes:

Even: 40 Double Unders/ :45 Single Skips

Odd:  7 Dead Lifts (185/125, 225/155) + Max Wall Balls in remainder of Minute
