Warm Up-

3″ Row, then straight into:

2 RNFT:

3 x 5 sec up/down Air Squats

5 x Strict Toes 2 Bars

10 x PVC Pass Throughs/Wrap Arounds

10 x PVC Good Mornings (Pause at Bottom)

10 x Spidermans

 

Strength-

Back Squat 4 Sets x 5 Reps

*70-80% (Do not exceed 80%)

 

WOD-

10″ Ascending Ladder:

2 Thrusters 115/75 (ADV= 135/95)

10 Toes 2 Bar

4 Thrusters

10 Toes 2 Bar

6 Thrusters

10 Toes 2 Bar

Etc…

(Keep increasing Thrusters by 2, but keep t2b at 10 for entire AMRAP)
