Warm Up-

At the top of each Minute do 2 Spidermans each side

Then:

10 Wall Squats (slow)

2″ Side/Wall Stretch

 

Strength-

Every 2″ for 12″

1st Set: 1 Power Clean + 5 Front Squats, 2nd Set: 2 Power Cleans + 4 Front Squats, 3rd Set: 3 Pwr Cleans + 3 Front Squats, 4th Set: 4 Power Cleans + 2 Front Squats, 5th Set: 5 Power Cleans + 1 Front Squat, 6th Set: 6 Power Cleans

*Weight Should be @ 70-75% of Power Clean Max
