:30/leg Banded Hamstring Stretch (w band around foot, lay on back and ‘pull’ leg straight up)

Strength (Deload)-
Dead Lift: 2×5 @ 40%, 2×5 @ 50%, 1×5 @ 60%
*Superset each Set with 5/leg Single Leg KB DL (70/53) @ 2020 tempo
