Warm Up-

2 RNFT:

400m Run + 2″ KB Snatches (Pass KB from hand to hand on bottom)

PVC Complex

1 x Burgener Warm Up

 

Strength-

Warm Up to Snatch weight for WOD.  Weight should be challenging, but doable in minute.

 

WOD-

EMOTM for 24min:

1st Minute: 200m Run

2nd Minute: 5 Power Snatches (Choose weight)

3rd Minute: 12 Burpee over Barbell

*Record Snatch Weight used + worst 200m Time of all Sets.
