*Female Cals= 21-15-10-6

Partner 1 completes Bike Cals before Partner 2 can begin. Partner 2 then completes Cals. Oncs finished Partner 3 begins. Follow this for every movement. Basically, Partner cannot start next movement until Partner in front completes that movement. Follow this for entire workout’
