New Years Week Gym Schedule:
Monday-Wednesday: Normal Hours.
Thursday: 9, & 10am.
Friday: Closed.
Saturday, & Sunday: Normal Hours

 

Warm Up-

Glute Mobility

 

Strength-

Every 3 Minutes for 15 Minutes (5 Sets):

3 x Dead Lifts AHAP with perfect mechanics

Rest 30 seconds

10 x KB Swings 70/44

 

WOD-

In teams of 2:

500m Row

12 Hang Power Cleans 155/105

50 Double Unders

3 RFT

*Workout is done ‘Snake’ style. ¬†Partner 2 cannot start on movement until partner 1 is finished with that movement. Time is total time for both partners!
