Partner Banded Runs x 2 (end of building up and back) + 2″ of Air Squats

Glute & Hip Mobility

 

Strength-

Every 2 Minutes for 12 Minutes (6 Sets):

Back Squat x 3 Reps

1st & 2nd Sets: 75%

3rd & 4th Sets: 80%

5th & 6th Sets: 85%

 

WOD-

5 Dead Lifts 225/145, ADV= 275/185

10 Burpee over Barbell

15 KB Swings 53/35
