:30 Partner Hand Offs (back to back)
:30 Sit Up Passes (feet face each other)
:30 Underhand Throws (take ball between legs and throw underhand with both hands)
:30 Wall Ball Throws (Squat and throw to partner)
x 2
Strength-
3×1+1+1 Hip Snatch + Hang Snatch + Snatch @ 60%
3×1+1+1 Clean(squat) + FS + Jerk @ 70%
Then:
3 x 4 Back Squat @ 75%
3 x 3 Good Morning w/ Clean Grip @ 70%
WOD-
No WOD, Strength only!!!
