10 Hi/Lo Pass Throughs, & Wrap Arounds
2 x Burgener Warm Up (Clean focus)
Midline-
2″ Wall Plank (Push up plank with feet on wall)
Strength-
5 x 3 Squat Cleans + 1 Jerk (75-85%)
*Superset w/ Max reps Power Snatches 95/65
Record weight, plus total # of snatches
WOD-
In teams of 2:
12″ AMRAP
9 Double KB Thrusters 53/35
1 Rope Climb (5 Strict Pull Ups)
*One partner goes through entire reps, and then tags other partner to do entire reps. 1 round is both partners finishing all reps.
