:30 Bottom Squat PVC Pass Throughs/Wrap Arounds

5-10 Strict Toes 2 Bar/Knees 2 Chest

:30 Superman Hold

2nd Minute:  10 Overhead Squats 95/65

3rd Minute: 10 Toes 2 Bar

4th Minute: 10 Thrusters 95/65
