Warm Up-

10 Cal Row + 10 Spidermans + 10 Pause Air Squats

 

Strength (Squat Cycle Week 5)-

2 Front Squats + 4 Back Squats @ 90% of Front Squat

x 4 Sets, rest as needed between Sets

 

WOD-

10 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20

20 KB Swings 70/44

25 Wall Balls 20/14
