***We will be hosting Body Analytics on July 25th from 4-7pm. If you would like to get your body fat tested, as well as a comprehensive body analysis we invite you to take advantage. We will have a sign up sheet at the gym for those interested!

Warm Up-

5 Good Mornings + 5 Elbow Rotations + 5 Dead Lifts + 5 Hang Power Cleans

Mobility-

1″ Leg Wall Stretch + 1″ Leg Pigeon Pose

 

Strength-

Dead Lift @80%

4 x 2, 4 x 3

*New Set every 1:15 (8 Sets)

 

WOD-

12″ Ascending Ladder:

Power Clean 185/125

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 Reps, etc…

Med Ball Sit Ups

2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 Reps, etc…

*Climb as high as possible over the 12 Minutes!
