Warm Up-
5″ Run (1 Lap around both buildings)
2 RNFT:
30 seconds of each: Jump Rope Singles, Push Ups, Mountain Climbers, Leg Swings
Strength-
None
WOD-
In teams of 3:
One Partner Runs 1 Lap around Building, while other two Partners complete max reps of:
-Handstand Push Ups
-Box Jumps
Partners will rotate through each Movement until 5 Rounds of all Movements are completed.
*Score= Total Reps of HSPUS & Box Jumps, & total Time for WOD!
