10 Front Squats w Barbell

10 Presses w Barbell

10 Elbow Rotations

10 Back Squats

:30 Bottom Squat Hold (no Barbell)

 

Strength-

Squat Cycle Week 6:

4 Back Squats + 2 Front Squats @ 70% of Front Squat (Back off before Max)
