200m Run

10 Barbell Back Squats

:45 Wall Sit w/ Medball

10 Reverse Lunges with Barbell

:30/side Spiderman Stretch

 

Strength-

Every 2 Minutes, Back Squat: 5 x 65%, 4 x 75%, 3 x 80%, 2 x 85%,           1 x 90%, Then: Max Reps @ 85%

*No extended Rest at top of Back Squat

 

WOD-

Every 5″ for 20″ (4 Sets):

400m Run

20 Double KB/DB Lunges 53/35
