Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
In Teams of 3:
25 Minute AMRAP:
Station 1: 400m Run
Station 2: AMRAP of 6 Burpee Box Jumps + 9 Pull Ups + 12 Wall Balls
Station 3: Rest
*Each Partner occupies a station. Partner 2 completes as many rounds/reps until Partner 1 returns from run. Partners then rotate stations, & Partner 1 picks up where Partner 2 left off. Partner 3 then goes to run. Score is total Rounds + Reps across the AMRAP.
