Hi Hang Snatch + Hang Snatch + Full Snatch

1 x 40%, 1 x 50%, 2 x 60%

*Drop Barbell after Hang Snatch

Then:

3 x 10 Hang, Muscle Snatch w/ Dumbbells (choose challenging weight)

*Partner on DB’s as needed
