Sprint Warmer Drills (Hi Knees, Heels to Butt, Broad Jumps, etc. across gym)
20 x Wall Therapy Squats (Hands on Wall in OH position. Keep Toes, and Face as close to wall as possible)
3-5 Foam Roll (Hamstring/Calf Focus)
WOD-
800m Run
Then:
3 Rounds:
25 Overhead Barbell Lunges 75/55
25 Hollow Rock to Superman Roll

800m Run
