Due to increasing spread of Coronavirus we are closely monitoring situation as it pertains to the Gym.   The Gym will remain open for now, but as the situation continues we will adjust accordingly.  In the meantime, please help us by following these guidelines:
1) If you are feeling sick, or have any sick family members, please stay home!
2) If you have traveled from highly
populated areas recently, please refrain from coming to the facility!
3) All members must wash their hands upon entering facility.  All
Members must clean their equipment before and after use!
4) Please respect all other members, the equipment, & the facility!!!
5) If class sizes become too large we will begin capping to keep exposure to others at a minimum!
6) We will be posting at home workouts each day for those who feel uncomfortable coming to Gym!

At Home Metcon

Weighted Lunges (each leg counts as 1 Rep)
*10 Tuck Jumps & 100m Run after each Round!

**Use any object You have access to for weighted Lunges
**If you have Jump Rope do 25 DUs or 50 singles in place of tuck jumps!
