The  City of San Antonio has issues an emergency declaration to help combat the spread of Covid-19.  It states all Fitness Studios (as well as others) within Bexar County must close for 7 days, unless extended by City Council.  So, as of tomorrow all of our classes are canceled until further notice.  As much as it pains us to have to do this, we must do our part in controlling the spread of Covid-19.  We appreciate all of your support through these past few days, as well as the days that lie ahead.  Thank y’all so much!!!

We are still providing 3 Levels of ‘At Home’ Workouts!  All workouts will still posted to Wodify, & our website.   To assist with this, on Thursday 3/19 from 10am-12pm, and 5pm-7pm we will be allowing each member the opportunity to borrow their choice one of the following pieces of equipment: 1 Dumbbell, 1 Kettlebell, or 1 Medicine Ball.  We will have a sign out sheet for each member to fill.  This is for current members only!!
