Warm Up-
400 Meter Run, 15 KB Swings 35/26
200 Meter Run, 10 KB Swings
100 Meter Run, 5 KB Swings
*Each Run should get faster, starting relatively easy on the 400
Mobility-
1″ Beat Swings (Kip) + 10 Strict Pull Ups
Then:
Foam Roll Quads 1″ per leg, & 1″ per side Pec mash w lacrosse ball
WOD-
Every 3 Minutes for 21 Minutes (7 Sets):
400m Run
12 Pull Ups (ADV= C2B)
*Record each Round, trying to stay fast & consistent!
