:30/leg Dynamic Swings
10 Sumo Stance Inchworms (Wide feet walk hands out in front complete push up, then walk hands back between feet)
:30/leg Pigeon Pose
Strength-
15″ to Find 3RM Back Squat
*Goal is to be as close to 90% of 1RM as possible

50 Double Unders
10 Back Squats 135/95
