10 T Push Ups

10 PVC Pass Throughs + 10 Wrap Arounds

:30 Handstand Hold

 

Strength-

Bench Press:

5 Sets x 3-4 Reps @ 80-90%

Then:

1 Set Max Effort @ 70%

Rest 2″ Between Sets

 

WOD-

In 3 Minutes Perform:

300m Run (1 Lap)

15 KB Swings 70/44

*Max HSPUs in Remainder of Time!

Score= Total # of HSPUs
