Strength-

7 Sets, where a new Set starts every 1:45:

1st Set & 2nd Set: 1 Power Clean + 4 Front Squats

3rd & 4th Set: 2 Power Cleans + 3 Front Squats

5th Set: 3 Pwr Cleans + 2 Front Squats

6th Set: 4 Power Cleans + 1 Front Squat

7th Set: 5 Power Cleans

*Weight Should be @ 80-85% of Power Clean Max
