5-10 Strict Pull Ups/Ring Rows

10 Alt Spidermans

10 PVC OHS w Pass Through at bottom

 

Strength-

Every 1:15 for 7 Sets:

Touch & Go Power Snatch x 2 Reps @ 85%+

 

In teams of 2:

400m Run

50 Overhead Squats 95/65

400m Run

40 Overhead Squats 115/75

400m Run

30 Overhead Squats 135/95

400m Run

*Both Partners must run 400m at same time, but can split up reps of OHS however!
