1″ PVC Pass Throughs/Wrap Arounds

10 Barbell OHS

1″ Hollow Rock Hold

Then:

1 x Burgener Warm Up

 

Strength-

5 RDS:
2x Hang Snatch @ 70-80%
10 x Snatch Grip DL (AHAP, while still keeping speed)

*Each new set begins every 2:30, you have 2:00 to complete the work and a :30 bonus rest for each couplet.
