10 Inchworm Walk Outs in place (Push Up at Bottom)

:30/side Scorpion Stretch

 

Strength-

Every 3 Minutes for 15 Minutes:

3 Bench Press AHAP

Rest 30 seconds:

Max Strict Unbroken Pull Ups (1 set in each 3 Minute Set)

 

WOD-

With a 10 Minute Running Clock:

Run 1 Mile

*In remainder of time: Max Double Unders
