Warm Up-

3″ Turkish Get Ups 35/25

2RFQ:

10 OHS w/ Barbell

1″ PVC Pass Throughs Wrap Arounds

10 Hand Release Push Ups

1″ Handstand Hold

 

Strength-

5 Sets:

2 Overhead Squats 75-85%

10 HSPU’s  (modify # in order to complete set within time, & for recovery)

*Each new set begins every 2:30, you have 2:00 to complete the work and a :30 bonus rest for each couplet.

 

WOD-

3 Power Snatches

15 Wall Balls

10″ AMRAP

*Choose weight for Power Snatch.  Go heavy as possible.
