Strength-
5 Sets:
2 Overhead Squats 75-85%
10 HSPU’s (modify # in order to complete set within time, & for recovery)
*Each new set begins every 2:30, you have 2:00 to complete the work and a :30 bonus rest for each couplet.
WOD-
3 Power Snatches
15 Wall Balls
