:30 Yoga Forearm Pose

10 Barbell Good Mornings

:30 Chin Over Pull Up Bar Hold

 

Strength-

5 Sets:

2 x Hang Power Cleans @ 75-85%

10 x Supine Ring Rows (elevate feet to be inline with hands if possible)

*Each new set begins every 2:30, you have 2:00 to complete the work and :30 bonus rest for each couplet
