10 Barbell Back Squats

:30/side Dynamic Leg Swings (side to side)

10 Alt Pistols (modify as necessary)

:30 Hollow Rock Pull Up Bar Hold

 

Strength-

5 Sets:

2 Back Squats 80-85%

5 Depth Jumps (weighted if possible)

*Each new set begins every 2:30, you have 2:00 to complete the work and :30 bonus rest for each couplet.

90 Double Unders
