20 Mountain Climbers

:30 Pull Up Bar Hang

 

Strength-

In 10″ Find 2 RM Bench Press

Then:

5 x 2 Bench Press

*Superset w/ 10 Strict Ring Dips

Rest as needed between Sets

 

WOD-

12″ AMRAP:

10 C2B Pull Ups

10 HSPU’s (ADV= Strict)
