Strength-

Every 2 Minutes, for 16 Minutes:

Clean & Jerk (Set 1, & 2 do 2 Reps, then do singles for each set after)

Start at 65%, & increase each set.

*Build to Heavy Single

40 Shoulder to OH w/ KB (Do 20 reps w/ right, 20 w/ left)
