*Focus should start w a controlled decent (negatives). If control here is present, practice body position for kipping. If athletes are proficient at kipping, focus should turn to strict hspu practice!

1 Push Press (115/75) + 1 Toe 2 Bar

*Increase by 1 Rep for each movement until that number cannot be achieved within the minute!
