:30 Arm Circles (forward & backward) & Reaches

10 Strict Toes 2 Bar

:30 Handstand Hold

 

Strength-

Every 2 Minutes for 14 Minutes:

Push Press: Set 1 x 5 Reps, Set 2 x 3 Reps, Set 3 x 2 Reps, Sets 4-7 x 1 Rep

*Increase weight across finishing with heavy 1 Rep

 

WOD-
