1″ Jump Rope

1″ Plank Hold (Push Up Position)

1″ Pull Up Bar Hang

Then:

Run Drills  (Hi Knees, Butt Kicks, Leg Kicks, Apes, etc.)

 

Strength/Skill-

None

 

WOD-

In teams of 2:

400m Run

50 KB Swings 53/35

400m Run

30 Pull Ups

3 RFT

*One partner works, while the other rests.  Both Partners must do the run at the same time.
