10 Muscle Snatches w Barbell

:30 PVC Pass Throughs/Wrap Arounds

10 Snatch Balance w Barbell/PVC

:30 Handstand Hold

 

Strength-

5 Sets:

1 Snatch Balance + 2 Overhead Squats

*Rest as needed between sets.  Work up across sets, starting at difficult weight
