Warm Up-

Partner Banded Run (One partner runs to end of building, other partner runs back)

x 2

-Run Warmer (length of gym): Lunges, Broad Jumps, Straight Leg Kicks, Duck Walks, etc.

-Hip Mobility

 

Strength-

Part A:

Run 1 Mile Time Trial

 

Part B:

Warm Up to 85-90% of 1 RM Back Squat, then:

10min Ping Pong-

Even Minutes: 3 Back Squats 85-90+%

Odd Minutes: 7 Tall Box Jumps (Pick challenging height, but something doable within minute)

**Record Weight + Box Jump Height
