Strength-

In 12 Minutes:

Find Heavy Power Clean (Daily Max)

 

WOD-

EMOTM for 24″

1st Minute: 15 (Men)/10 (Female) Cal Row

2nd Minute: 5 Power Cleans at 70% of above 1RM

3rd Minute: 10 Pull Ups (modify # as necessary)

*Record Weight Used, and # of Rounds Completed

**Advances Athletes Must do touch and go Cleans, & Unbroken Pull Ups
