1st Set: 1 Squat Clean + 5 Jerks, 2nd Set: 2 Squat Cleans + 4 Jerks, 3rd Set: 3 Sqt Cleans + 3 Jerks, 4th Set: 4 Sqt Cleans + 2 Jerks, 5th Set: 5 Squat Cleans + 1 Jerk, 6th Set: 6 Squat Cleans
*Weight Should be @ 70-75% Clean Max. Jerks can be either Push, or Split.
