10 Wall Therapy Squats (Hands on wall overhead, toes & nose as close to wall as possible)
:30 Pass Throughs/Wrap Arounds
5 Snatch Pulls + 5 Snatch High Pulls w Barbell
:30 Handstand Hold (wall walk up if necessary)
Strength-
Every 1:45 for 7 Sets:
3 Touch n go Power Snatches + 3 Overhead Squats
*70-75% of Power Snatch Max
