:30 Bottom Squat Hold w Medball

Then:

3-5 Minutes Foam Roll

In teams of 2:

7 RFT:

400m Run (together)

29 Back Squats 135/95 (Split up Reps as desired)

*Each person must complete at least 10 Squats per Round!
