Strength-
Every 90 Seconds for 7 Sets:
2 Cleans @ 80-85%

WOD-
‘Death by Front Squats & Push Ups’
EMOTM Until Failure:
1 Front Squat (155/105) + 2 Push Ups
*Increase by 1 Front Squat & 2 Push Ups each Minute after
