In Teams of 2:
10 Cal Row
10 Burpee Box Jumps
10 Pull Ups
10 RFT
*Snake style: Partner 1 Rows all 10 Cals before Partner 2 can Row. Partner 1 can start Burpee Box Jumps immediately. During Workout, neither Partner can do a movement until the other finishes that movement
